The Information Unit of the ERC was set up in the first quarter of 2006 and managed by a PRO. Its duty is to inform the clients of the ERC and the general public about the activities of the ERC and to defend the Centre before its clients and the general public. The unit also publishes the ERC Weekly bulletin. It carries out its activities all year round, working in league with the Plateau State information officers / PROs forum.
Complaints can be forwarded to the PRO, Complaints Boxes, SERVICOM Office, and the Director of the Centre.
